Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients while establishing trust and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic relationship.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans, and plan effective discharge strategies when appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and session records, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Guide clients through initial intake assessments to understand their backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals.
- Participate actively in clinical supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
