This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong ability to engage with clients empathically.
- A non-judgmental attitude combined with a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.
Preferred Experience
We prefer candidates with:
