Work Environment
This position operates in a fully remote setting, leveraging telehealth technologies to deliver services. As a member of our virtual team, you will engage with clients via secure video conferencing systems, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) platforms to document interactions and progress. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, consistently monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.
- Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, employing strong de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role requires working with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. The candidate must demonstrate cultural competence to effectively address the varied backgrounds and experiences of clients, fostering a sense of trust and openness that is essential for therapeutic success.
Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is required, showcasing your depth of knowledge in therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
