Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential, video-based therapy sessions with clients utilizing our user-friendly telehealth platform.
- Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to process their thoughts and emotions, thereby promoting insight and self-awareness.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health issues.
- Assist clients in setting achievable mental health goals and developing personalized strategies to attain those objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
