Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed clinical assessments to establish patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to address individual client challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress by using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals during case consultations to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Participate in regular peer review meetings to discuss case studies, share insights, and enhance clinical skills.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for coping and self-advocacy.
- Stay current with ongoing research and clinical trends to implement the best practices in therapy.

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
