Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings that evaluate clients' mental health conditions. For instance, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews to determine treatment needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges, goals, and therapeutic preferences. This includes setting measurable objectives and utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions through interactive telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based methodologies to enhance clients' coping mechanisms and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with an integrated treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other counselors, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive care tailored to their mental health journey.
- Provide supportive education to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process, which can significantly influence treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
