Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' mental health conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
- Document session outcomes and progress towards treatment goals with clarity and precision, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to optimize care pathways for clients.
- Maintain a clean record with no disciplinary actions and ensure ongoing adherence to ethical best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our therapists work with a broad demographic, including adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. You will have the opportunity to support clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing culturally competent care tailored to individual needs. Qualifications
- A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
- Current licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapeutic services to adults.
- Strong writing skills for accurate session documentation.
- No history of disciplinary action from any licensing board.
Preferred Experience
- Background and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Experience working in a remote or technology-mediated therapy setting.
- Proficiency in digital tools necessary for virtual therapy, such as video conferencing platforms and electronic health records.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
