Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
- Utilize your skills in psychotherapy to implement these plans in a manner that is engaging and effective for clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with company policies, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and session notes.
- Respond to clients with compassion and empathy, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate efficiently with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to promote continual professional development.
- Embrace creativity in your intervention strategies to help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will work with a broad range of cases from anxiety disorders and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Your role will involve adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each client individually, which is critical for fostering effective therapeutic relationships and outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral science from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
- Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and fostering trust with clients.
- Ability to meet deadlines for documentation submission and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with a diverse population.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of two years of post-master's experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
- Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in creating and implementing innovative therapeutic interventions that enhance client engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
