Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methods to ensure accuracy.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using secure platforms, effectively establishing rapport with clients and maintaining a therapeutic alliance through effective communication techniques.
- Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor progress over time, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions and client progress comprehensively, adhering to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards essential in mental health documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Advent Care Psychiatry, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your expertise will be crucial for clients at various stages of their mental health journey, providing support that is empathetic, understanding, and solution-focused.
Qualifications
- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively while ensuring all therapeutic responsibilities are met.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
