Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload, developing a strong rapport with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and treatment objectives, including considerations for discharge when appropriate.
- Design, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans based on a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes to accurately reflect therapeutic interventions and outcomes.
- Conduct intake assessments to gather relevant client information and formulate initial treatment strategies.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the needs of each client.
- Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and meet professional development goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work closely with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications
- A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with software such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
- Comfort and competence in performing comprehensive intake assessments.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We employ a fee-for-service model and ensure guaranteed rates are paid in advance of collections, allowing our counselors to focus on providing high-quality care without financial stress.
