Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations to understand each client's unique situation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals, needs, and cultural considerations utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief treatment (SFBT).
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing advanced techniques that encourage personal growth and resilience.
- Provide crisis intervention services, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to local regulations and clinic policies.
