The Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in an outpatient setting. This full-time position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while providing critical mental health services. Work Environment
As a remote mental health therapist at our outpatient office, you will navigate a flexible work schedule primarily from the comfort of your own space. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. You will engage in collaborative treatment planning with a diverse team of mental health professionals, fostering a supportive environment that promotes collective growth and patient success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools and tailored interviews to identify patients' unique requirements effectively.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Facilitate interactive psychoeducational workshops and support groups, guiding participants in addressing shared mental health challenges while promoting a sense of community.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care that addresses the holistic needs of patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety assessments.
- Educate patients about their mental health conditions, involve them actively in their treatment, and connect them with valuable community resources.
- Maintain precise and secure documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and clinical assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development, contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized in the state of Georgia.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective clinical interventions.
- Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse array of clients, adapting treatment strategies to meet varied needs.

Compensation and Benefits
