Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical psychotherapy to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that foster healing and promote positive mental health outcomes.
- Document all sessions meticulously, ensuring accurate records that facilitate continuity of care and effective communication with patients.
- Engage in regular consultations with other therapists to share knowledge and stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health care.
- Manage a caseload of patients efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining ongoing therapeutic relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
