Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough client assessments to gather comprehensive insight into each client's background and mental health needs.
- Developing personalized therapy plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique circumstances and requirements.
- Conducting therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies designed to foster progress and improvement in client outcomes.

- Maintaining detailed, accurate, and up-to-date client records in our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse array of clients who may present with varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience serving diverse client populations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems to enhance operational efficiency in client documentation.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be favored:
- Experience in community mental health settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychotherapy and counseling.

Compensation and Benefits
