Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques to a varied client base.
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, families, and couples, addressing a wide range of mental health issues while promoting emotional healing.
- Document clinical progress accurately and maintain client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients you will serve primarily include underserved individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
