Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Transcend, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on improving relationships and addressing personal challenges.
- Specialize in comprehensive family therapy approaches to treat issues such as conflicts among family members, psychological and physical abuse, and grief and loss.
- Design therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique dynamics of blended families and assist clients in navigating significant life transitions, such as separation and divorce.
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies to develop treatment plans, and regularly evaluate progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, in compliance with ethical and legal standards, through our digital platforms.
- Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations, fostering professional development and enhanced patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
Transcend offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, our full benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid parental leave, and generous holiday time off.
