Key Responsibilities
As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and backgrounds.
- Developing tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and promote personal growth.
- Delivering evidence-based individual therapy sessions in various modalities, adjusting styles as needed to benefit each client.
- Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals and measuring client progress over time to ensure treatment effectiveness.

- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Our counselors primarily work with diverse adult populations, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management issues. Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for the Mental Health Counselor position:
- A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
- A Master's degree or equivalent doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience
