Renewed Radiant Relations Behavioral Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while you maintain a focus on patient care. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, fostering an atmosphere of continual learning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health status, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.
- Providing psychotherapy using a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
- Documenting clinical interactions and maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to create a cohesive care strategy, attending case consultations to discuss treatment progress and strategize next steps.
- Educating patients and their families on mental health and wellness strategies, providing them with resources and support to navigate treatment and recovery.
- Staying current with industry best practices and integrating new research into your clinical work to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Managing a full caseload efficiently, setting and monitoring treatment goals, and adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with patients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues within a detoxification center framework. Your role is vital in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journey by providing critical emotional support, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions, all tailored to their unique circumstances and backgrounds.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
- A thorough understanding of solution-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, essential in dynamic therapeutic settings.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and empowering work culture.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a detox or inpatient treatment facility is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with patient management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote patient interactions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
