We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in our busy NICU. What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level IV/Surgical NICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and record patient progress, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort
- Assist in handling complex cases including congenital conditions such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, and pulmonary hypertension
Required Skills:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of Level IV/Surgical NICU experience
- Ability to manage critically ill neonatal patients with confidence and compassion
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- PALS certification required; NRP preferred
- Willingness to work dayshift hours: Fridays, Saturdays, and one variable weekday
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with surgical neonatal cases and complex diagnoses
- Bilingual abilities for better family communication
- Additional certifications in neonatal or pediatric care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Level IV or surgical NICU environment
Other Requirements:
- Must be tested for nicotine and drug screening; no exceptions
- Must have received the flu vaccine (religious or medical exemptions are not accepted)
- Willingness to work variable schedules starting from June 8, 2026
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements provided where applicable
