About the RoleJones Worley is seeking a full-time BIM (Revit)/CAD Manager to provide technical leadership across a wide range of signage and wayfinding projects. This role is critical to maintaining coordination, efficiency and quality across project teams while supporting the continued evolution of our BIM/CAD standards and workflows.The ideal candidate is an experienced Architectural Designer and Revit/CAD expert with a passion for design, technical precision, and collaboration. This individual will lead BIM coordination efforts, maintain office standards and digital libraries, support project teams, and help drive best practices across the organization.Duties shall generally include but not be limited to the following:Essential ResponsibilitiesSet up sign location plans and message schedules in architectural partner-provided Revit modelsCoordinate drawing development across multiple disciplinesPerform BIM model coordination and clash detection; resolve conflicts with project teamsEstablish and manage project-specific Revit/CAD standards at project kickoffMaintain and update firm-wide BIM/CAD libraries, templates, and familiesEnsure compliance with JW digital standards across all projectsTrain and mentor less experienced Revit/CAD designersProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for project teamsParticipate in project kick-off meetings to identify BIM/CAD setup requirementsConduct internal coordination meetings related to Revit/CAD workflowsAssist in developing and refining BIM/CAD standards, workflows, and best practicesSupport drafting of architectural and engineering site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsAssist in proposal preparation and client/project correspondence as neededEnsure consistent application of JW Quality Control proceduresParticipate in coordination meetings addressing scheduling, technical issues, and project alignmentResearch industry developments to improve tools, workflows, and efficiencyProvide or coordinate Revit/CAD training (onsite, remote, or online)Client ServicesMaintain strong client relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person meetingsCollaborate with leadership and clients to problem-solve and provide direction on project and staffing-related mattersPartner with the Creative Director to advise clients on communication strategies that support business objectivesProvide project support to firm principals and program managers as neededPrepare clear, concise written communications and maintain well-documented project records and correspondenceEnsure high levels of craftsmanship, accuracy, consistency, and quality across all client deliverablesDemonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work and client serviceWhat We're Looking ForStrong expertise in Autodesk Revit (2016 or newer)Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer)Experience in signage and wayfinding projects strongly preferredAbility to lead BIM coordination and enforce standards across teamsStrong understanding of construction documentation and design workflowsExcellent communication and mentoring skillsFamiliarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks (clash detection)Exposure to SketchUp and other 3D modeling tools is a plusFamiliarity with programming/scripting languages (LISP, VBA, ARX) is a plusExperience with Microsoft 365 and project collaboration tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma, etc.)Understanding of file management systems and digital workflowsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesLocal to the Atlanta, GA officeAbility to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remotes; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)Why Jones WorleyAt Jones Worley, we are passionate about creating thoughtful, innovative signage and wayfinding systems that enhance the user experience within complex environments.
