Registered Nurse - Special Procedures

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a specialized nursing environment, specifically Interventional Radiology.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required.
- Proven proficiency in patient assessment, IV therapy, and monitoring during procedures.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to operate specialized medical equipment and assist during intricate procedures.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with sedation and anesthesia support.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting with interventional or specialty procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of specialized nursing experience in interventional radiology or similar fields.
Other Requirements:
- This role requires working full-time 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the employer’s location.
- Must be available for a 13-week temporary assignment.
- Ability to travel if necessary for training or assignments.
- Must maintain active licensure and certifications throughout employment.
- Must have Interventional Radiology experience.
