Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in step-down or intermediate care units
- Current and valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification in specialty areas related to progressive or intermediate care
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Prior experience in a 13-week contract setting
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety procedures
Other Requirements
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- 7pm-7am shifts, with schedule flexibility
- Must be willing to commit to a 13-week assignment
- Ability to travel as necessary; all licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements included as applicable
- Start date: March 16, 2026
