Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room nursing within neuro and orthopedic specialties
- Valid AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven expertise in neuro and ortho surgical procedures
- Ability to adapt to diverse surgical cases, including robotic surgeries
- Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with robotic surgical systems
- Cross-training in other surgical specialties
- Previous travel nursing experience with versatility in different clinical settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current RN licensure with active state licensure
- 2+ years of perioperative nursing experience
- Experience in high-volume surgical centers or hospitals
Other Requirements:
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Schedule: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, 13-week assignment
- Travel reimbursement for licensure, certification, and related expenses as applicable
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varying case types
