Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

As a critical member of our NICU, you will provide compassionate, specialized care to fragile newborns from 22 weeks gestation and beyond, utilizing advanced therapies such as total body cooling, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and more. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neonatal ICU or similar high-acuity setting
- Valid NICU nursing license
- Current BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced neonatal therapies such as total body cooling or high-frequency ventilation
- Previous experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU
- Bilingual capabilities to enhance family communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least 2 years of NICU experience in a high-volume or specialized setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 7 pm to 7 am shifts; schedule varies
- Commitment to maintaining current certifications and licenses
- Willingness to adhere to hospital and unit policies, including infection control protocols
