Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Special Procedures

As a Registered Nurse - Special Procedures, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced care in interventional radiology, specifically performing CT coronary exams, managing heart rates, administering medications, and providing exceptional patient support. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology or a related specialty
- Proficiency in Interventional Radiology procedures
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification is required
- Strong knowledge of regulating heart rates and medication administration
- Excellent patient communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with CT Coronary exams
- Experience with nitroglycerin administration
- Knowledge of outpatient radiology workflows
- Previous hands-on experience with heart rate regulation equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed and in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or cardiology
- Relevant certifications in radiology or cardiology preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Travel and licensing reimbursements when applicable
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies
