Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized neonatal care in a Family-Centered Care setting.
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients, responding promptly to medical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery and well-being.
• Follow established protocols, including BLS and NRP certifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including 630p-630a, varying as needed.
Nice to Have Skills:
• IV start experience.
• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or neonatal-specific training.
• Bilingual abilities to enhance family communication.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Active RN licensure in [state].
• At least two years of recent NICU nursing experience.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion.
Other Requirements:
• No local candidates within 50 miles.
• Schedule: 630 pm – 630 am, varies.
• Contract duration: 13 weeks.
• Start Date: March 2, 2026.
• Willingness to travel and obtain reimbursements when applicable.
• Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements covered when applicable.
