Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, specifically with Level IV or surgical NICU cases
- Proven ability to handle complex neonatal diagnoses such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, and more
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to float to various departments within the facility and across campuses
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- PALS certification is required; NRP is preferred
- Must be willing to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Ability to work holidays, including Christmas and its surrounding days if scheduled
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cross-departmental patient care
- Knowledge of neonatal ventilation and advanced neonatal procedures
- Prior experience working in a NICOTINE-FREE facility
- Bilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse families
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license with active state certification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Level IV or surgical NICU setting
- Experience with neonatal diagnoses and interventions
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work weekends, with a 36-hour block schedule
- Flu vaccination is mandatory; no exceptions or declinations
- Evidence of nicotine-free status through testing
- Willing to accept potential cross-campus assignments as needed
- Valid PALS certification; NRP preferred
- Ability to adapt to shift rotations and holiday schedules
