Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology or a relevant specialty
- Valid AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified in Chemotherapy Administration
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with infusion therapy
- Additional certifications such as OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- Knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
- At least 2 years of specialized oncology nursing experience
- Prior experience administering chemotherapy and managing infusion therapy
Other Requirements:
- Schedule: Days (08:30 AM - 05:00 PM), Monday through Friday
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Job Duration: 13-week contract
- No local candidates within 50 miles
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
