Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Cardiac OR nursing
- Valid Georgia (GA) license or Compact license
- CPR/BLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Pediatric OR experience
- Additional certifications related to cardiac surgery or perioperative nursing
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiac or OR nursing
Other Requirements:
- Shift: 4 days a week, 10 hours per shift (0645-1700), with one day off
- Call responsibilities required
- Must be nicotine-free (drug screening required)
- Facility mandates flu vaccination; no exemptions accepted
- RTO requests must be submitted on the coversheet
- Testing and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other applicable expenses
- Start date: March 30, 2026
