Required Skills:
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Proven experience in endocrinology or related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical demands and float between multiple sites
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Endocrinology (e.g., certified endocrine specialist)
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or a related field
- Valid and current state licenses and certifications
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to float between healthcare sites as needed to ensure coverage
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Flexibility to participate in on-call or after-hours responsibilities if required
- Compensation at $1.00 per hour with competitive benefits
