Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health requirements, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure telehealth technologies, ensuring each client receives personalized attention aligned with their therapeutic goals.
- Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, actively providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the duration of therapy.
- Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to suit clients' individual preferences and needs.
- Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
