Work Environment
This role operates within a remote work setting, primarily focusing on outpatient care. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and create customized treatment plans that effectively address their concerns.
- Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to suit specific situations.
- Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring tailored service delivery and positive client outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, fostering an integrated care approach to client management.
- Document all clinical interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations to maintain high-quality care.
- Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest research in mental health practices.

Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
