We are seeking a Creditor's Rights Attorney with two to three years' experience to add to our community association collection practice in West Midtown Atlanta. Our collection associates represent community associations in the collection of unpaid assessments. With the support of our experienced collection team, the collection associate will handle a vast array of collection matters from pre-litigation to litigation to garnishments and foreclosure sales.ResponsibilitiesManaging a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation casesDrafting pleadingsReviewing accounting breakdowns for unpaid assessmentsManaging court and client deadlinesPreparing and attending for court hearingsCommunicating and building strong client relationshipsNetworking with clients and other industry professionalsWorking with an experienced support teamAdvising clients on litigation and post-judgment collectionExperience in collections and general civil litigation is preferred.We offer a highly flexible work environment with generous compensation, benefits, and bonus opportunities.
