Additional responsibilities around new business will be engaging with prospective clients identified through our lead system and building your personal network to generate opportunities through referrals from clients and centers of influence. The primary responsibilities will be to prepare for and actively participate in client meetings, take notes, follow up on any action items, take ownership to manage client expectations and deliverables. You will also prepare financial plans, investment recommendations, and research clients\' technical questions.Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yrAdditional compensation types Annual BonusResponsibilities Engage directly with clients to understand their financial objectives and concerns; effectively manage the client relationship and show accountability for retention.Retain and enhance client relationships through ongoing education, excellent service, and ensuring an exceptional client experiencePrepare agendas for client meetings and ensure timely completion of post-meeting action itemsComplete financial planning analyses and wealth management activities. Ensure client assets are invested in alignment with their risk tolerance and goals, coordinating with our trade teamGather data from clients and analyze their current financial situation.
