Our litigation practice focuses on community association litigation, and real estate litigation.ResponsibilitiesHandling civil litigation cases from beginning to resolution; including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and trialsAdvising clients on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense and other community association related litigationManaging court and client deadlinesCommunicating and building strong client relationshipsNetworking with clients and other industry professionalsWorking with an experienced support teamExperience in civil litigation is preferred. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and experience in the courtroom.
