Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.Qualifications 1-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus.
