You'll lead implementation projects, analyze client needs, and guide them through process improvements that make a real difference.Our most successful Implementation Managers (IMs) come from diverse professional backgrounds, but they share a few key traits: adaptability, technical fluency, strong data skills, and professionalism in working with clients. While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple client implementations from kickoff to go-liveAnalyze existing budgeting processes and recommend improvementsMigrate and load data using our Excel-based interfaceManage timelines, track progress, and resolve issuesCollaborate across departments to ensure client successBecome a product expert and trusted advisor to clientsRequirements3-8 years of experience in one or more aspects of software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training, etc.)Strong Excel and data skillsConfident communicator with excellent organization and time managementSelf-starter who thrives with minimal oversightComfortable working in client-facing rolesNice-to-Have QualificationsPublic sector or budgeting experience (municipal, healthcare, education)Knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning toolsExperience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) or project management apps like Cloud Coach or AsanaCore TraitsProblem Solver, Communicator, Analytical Thinker, Tech-Savvy, Collaborative, Curious.LocationThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
