Client Insights ManagerReporting to: Chief EconomistLocation: Atlanta office – hybrid working model, attendance in the office is expected at least 3 days a week.Summary:We are looking for an experienced payments professional to join our Insights team as our Client Insights Manager, acting as the conduit between Insights and other teams within CMSPI.Why our Insights & Advocacy Team?Our purpose-driven department works closely with merchants to create a more competitive, transparent, accessible, and secure payments ecosystem.Working within the Insights team, the Client Insights swim lane exists to ensure that CMSPI's Fortune 500 client base has access to the latest developments in the payments industry, and to drive expertise and growth across the business.Job RoleAs our Client Insights Manager, you will have an active role and responsibility alongside the Chief Economist for shaping the strategy and direction of our Market Insights team. Day-to-day, you will be using your knowledge and experience to enhance our client and sales prospect relationships, develop and mentor team members, and collaborate with key teams within the business.
