Job DescriptionJob TitleSurvey Project ManagerWork LocationAtlanta, GASalaryBased on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview.Relocation AssistanceRelocation assistance or sign-on bonus available.Duties / ResponsibilitiesWill assist the Department Head in preparing proposals, estimates, presentations, employee evaluations, and the recruiting process.SIT or LS requiredProficiency in CAD, Least Squares Reduction and other Survey SoftwareExperience with GIS platforms is desirableExperience with Robotic Total Stations, GPS (including post processing).Experience with scanners, drones, and other emerging technologies is desirableShould be registered in Georgia or the ability to become registered within a year as a Land Surveyor.A demonstrated record of success on ALTA, route/database, boundaries, topographical, inventories, and other types of surveysCoordinates with office staff and clients as required.Create and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocationMust have project management experienceParticipate in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, engineers, and contractor representatives.Adheres to local, state, and federal survey regulations as well as Accura Engineering procedures.Education / ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited program or a scientific area and/or equivalent work experience.
