We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative to go into the field, build relationships, and bring in new accounts.This is a field-based role. You will be expected to prospect, visit businesses, and develop long-term customer relationships.What you'll do:Prospect and develop new business with body shops, dealerships, fleet companies, property managers, and contractorsVisit potential clients in person to establish relationships and secure accountsMaintain and grow existing customer relationshipsCoordinate with our team to ensure smooth scheduling and service deliveryTrack pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity consistentlyRepresent Glass Inc professionally in the marketWhat we're looking for:Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferredAutomotive, construction, or service industry experience is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyReliable transportation and willingness to be in the field dailyResults-driven with a focus on closing new businessCompensation:Base salary: $50,000$500 bonus for each new account (paid after first completed and paid job)Additional $500 bonus when that account reaches $10,000 in completed businessQuarterly performance bonuses for consistent account productionRealistic earnings: $70,000 – $100,000+If you're motivated, dependable, and want to grow with a company long-term, this is a strong opportunity.To apply, send your resume and a short note on your sales experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
