Our client, a mid-size private manufacturing company in the Atlanta, GA area is seeking a Controller (Hybrid role) to oversee all aspects of the accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision‑making. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on accounting leader with strong technical expertise, systems experience, and the ability to partner with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.Ability to travel to Dallas, TX first week and recent & prior experience with SAGE Intacct ERP required.ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsOversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingPrepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and variance analysesDevelop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and support audit readinessManage external audit process and serve as primary point of contact for auditorsLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activitiesAnalyze financial results, including revenue, margins, and operational performance, to support decision‑makingPartner with operations and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and business performanceDevelop and mentor accounting staff, building a high‑performing finance teamQualificationsSAGE Intacct ERP experience requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)7–15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including prior Controller or Assistant Controller experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsStrong leadership, communication, and business partnering skillsIf you, or someone you know, is interested please apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
