Overview Chief Information Officer, Tarkett North America Drive and implement a comprehensive TNA IT strategy, aligned with the division's ambition, new organization, and new corporate model, putting customer experience, employee experience, and digital transformation first, while providing the technology and solutions needed by the business to operate efficiently.Responsibilities Own and execute the TNA IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to divisional ambition and the corporate operating modelAct as senior IT business partner to the TNA CEO, BU leaders, sales organization, and support functions — translate business priorities into technology decisionsLead transformation of TNA\'s core business platforms: SAP ECC (including the strategic decision on migration to S/4HANA), CRM and field sales enablement, MES, BI/analytics, and digital/webDefine and govern the target application architecture for TNADrive AI adoption across TNA — with a particular focus on transforming the BI and analytics space from traditional reporting to AI-driven insight, forecasting, and decision supportDrive broader innovation that creates competitive differentiation — data and analytics, customer-facing digital, and field sales productivityBuild and lead the TNA applications organization — clarify ownership, develop talent, and raise accountability and engagementPrioritize the TNA IT portfolio and own investment trade-offsOwn TNA IT budget, forecasting, and cost discipline; drive continuous improvementPartner with Shared Services to ensure infrastructure, security, and end user support meet TNA\'s needs and that Group standards land effectively in the divisionQualifications 10–15 years in senior IT leadership; CIO, divisional CIO, or VP of Applications/TransformationTrack record leading large business application transformations — SAP (ECC and S/4 experience strongly preferred), CRM, MES, BIDemonstrated experience deploying AI and modern analytics at enterprise scale, particularly in the BI/data spaceManufacturing or industrial background with a meaningful field sales org; distribution + direct channels a plusDemonstrated success in a federated IT model — leading divisional IT while consuming shared servicesStrong commercial instincts and executive presence — comfortable in front of a CEO, sales leadership, and the broader exec teamBachelor\'s in IT, CS, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferredHigh integrity and discretion with confidential informationWhat We OfferA commitment that Safety is #1Competitive benefits, pay, and retirement plan optionsCareer growth, stability, and flexible work arrangementsWe are Tarkett.
