The Associate Attorney will support and manage matters from initial intake and pre‑litigation through litigation and resolution. This role requires strong legal analysis, organization, and the ability to move cases forward efficiently while maintaining excellent client service and communication.ResponsibilitiesManage and support cases from pre‑litigation through litigation, settlement, and resolutionOversee pre‑litigation case development, including file review, claim evaluation, and strategyDraft and review legal documents, including correspondence, demands, pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreementsConduct legal research using tools such as Clio Works, Westlaw, and LexisNexisCommunicate with clients regarding case status, expectations, and settlement progressWork with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, record collection, and file readinessAssist in transitioning cases from pre‑litigation to litigation when necessaryPrepare for and participate in EUOs, depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiationsEvaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities; participate in negotiations to resolve matters efficientlyReview and approve settlement terms, releases, and closing documents as neededEnsure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements across all stagesCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case handlingMaintain accurate and organized case files throughout the case lifecycleQualificationsActive Bar license (required)2+ years of experience in litigation and/or pre‑litigation preferredStrong understanding of case development, negotiation, and litigation processesExperience handling client communications and case strategyExcellent writing, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environmentDetail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAbout CompanyThe Morgan Law Group is a fast‑paced, client‑focused law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
