We are seeking a Kitchen Director to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Kitchen Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. The Kitchen Director will assist in overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of "Operational Excellence" while creating a positive work culture. The Kitchen Director must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently.
