Job DescriptionAn Insight Global client is seeking a Product Manager to support and expand its Commercial Pricing and Merchandising product portfolio. This is a net-new role focused on a homegrown internal pricing platform that enables sales teams to price deals accurately and efficiently across a highly complex SKU environment (150k+ SKUs).The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to intake demand, lead discovery, define priorities, and translate business vision into a clear, executable product roadmap. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in business-driven environments where the roadmap is led by the business and enabled by technology.Key InitiativeHomegrown Pricing Tool – Net New InitiativeOwn product intake and delivery for a new Deal Desk capability within the pricing ecosystemEnable sales teams to:Effectively price new deals, renewals, and auto-renewalsSupport annual pricing modelsPrice items competitively alongside innovation-driven offeringsServe as the product bridge between Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and EngineeringDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead intake and discovery for commercial pricing initiatives within a homegrown enterprise platformPartner with internal Sales and Pricing teams to capture voice of the customerUnderstand how pricing tools are used todayIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and unmet needsPerform gap analysis and define future-state product visionTranslate stakeholder feedback into a prioritized, business-aligned roadmapDefine, establish, and track KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics, including building metrics from scratchDrive execution through agile delivery models:2 week sprint cadence with frequent releasesAbility to support longer-term initiatives delivered incrementallyCollaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and business leadershipEnsure all product decisions are grounded in business outcomes and commercial impact$60/hr to $70/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
