The successful candidate will serve as a reliable point of contact for building operations, coordinate service needs and follow-up, execute event setup and breakdown for a multi-use facility, maintain records, work effectively with campus partners and vendors, and use a variety of software systems to support daily operations.Job SummaryFacilitate and coordinate building operations within an assigned facility. Includes coordination of building maintenance and repairs, office moves, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment, building access control and deliveries. This position will interact on a consistent basis with building occupants and visitors, department heads, contractors and vendors, and will advise contractors, vendors and visitors as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage building maintenance functions (both routine and emergency); ensure activities are carried out in a complete and timely manner.Coordinate annual equipment inventory and maintain related records.Manage and update emergency preparedness plan for facility/facilities and all related documents and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Arrange for office moves within facility; ensure they are carried out as scheduled.Coordinate delivery and installation of building equipment.Maintain building access control system including card entry and office key management.Facilitate arrangements of special events scheduled for facility.Order building repair services as needed.Coordinate outside vendor/contractor services.Required QualificationsEducational Requirements: High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma.Other Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia Driver's License.
