The Sales Manager will oversee the Sales team and their ability to build relationships with clients and their strategic growth initiatives for the DAVIS brand. This position is designed to help lead, train, and develop successful DAVIS recruiters and their long-term goals through culture, profitability and growth objectives.Responsibilities Ability to implement and execute a clear sales strategy by setting personal and team goals with Account Executives.Responsible for establishing and communicating a clear and accurate forecast of new customers, opportunities, and business strategies.Working with Account Executives to set goals for their daily, weekly, monthly and annual metrics through effective 1:1's.Utilizing internal reporting tools (Power BI) to assist, train, and identify areas of improvement for Account Executives through data analytics.Ensure constant communication with sales team to identify proper requisition qualification through client calls and on-site meetings.Ability to represent the company at major client presentations to develop new business opportunities as needed.Shadowing new and tenured Employees on sales cycle, ways to improve current processes, and market trend strategy.Working with team to ensure contract and direct-hire business aligns with DAVIS sales strategy by achieving desired weekly gross profit, KPI's, metrics and margin targets.Responsible for assisting with client outreach in efforts to identify and prospect new business to achieve DAVIS brand growth.Working with additional Management teams for creating and conducting weekly/bi-weekly trainings for Employees.Ability to think strategically around growth initiatives for internal and external growth opportunities.This is a great opportunity to help grow and develop a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
