Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor Cafeteria to lead daily Cafeteria operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of Cafeteria services during your assigned shiftfrom meal planning and preparation to service delivery and sanitationwhile supporting and guiding a dedicated team.
As a key resource for staff, you will play an essential role in maintaining efficient operations, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift. Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school education or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
ServSafe certification required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of leadership experience preferred.
