Manage discount rates and promotions to align with margin goals and support sustainable business growth.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities* Develops and executes pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Influences competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategies and business decisions. Oversees list price management, ensuring strategic alignment with cost fluctuations, competitive positioning, and margin goals. Leads category discount management, balancing margin optimization and sales growth by leveraging data-driven insights. Analyzes customer profitability to refine pricing structures and drive strategic opportunities. Strengthens merchant partnerships by collaborating with vendors and suppliers to enhance competitive positioning. Utilizes advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to assess pricing performance and identifies opportunities for optimization.
