FINANCIAL ANALYST We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing private equity-backed service company based in Atlanta in its search for a Financial Analyst . Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making, support M&A activity, and enable scalable growth across the organization.Key responsibilities include:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsLead forecasting and budgeting processes across the business unitsDevelop and maintain financial models to support business planning and M&A activityManage cash flow analysis and scenario planningDesign and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reportingIdentify cost savings opportunities and drive process improvementsSupport due diligence, integration, and financial modeling for acquisitionsConduct ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by executive leadershipQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred2–3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related rolePrior experience in a private equity-backed company is strongly preferredExperience in a multi-site / multi-unit business environmentAdvanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel financial modelingExperience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferredProven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated history of career progression and job stabilityAdditional Information Location: Candidates must be based in Atlanta, GAWork Setup: Hybrid (mix of in-office collaboration and remote work)Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
